Following is my rate table for technical services: | Basic on-site technical support (note 1): | $60/hour | Advanced on-site technical support (note 2):
| $80/hour | | Billable travel time (note 3): | $30/hour
| Infrastructure Hardware as required (note 4):
| wholesale+20% |
Note 1: Typical Wired or Wireless Ethernet Networking or Basic Telcom support and configuration.
Note 2: Advanced Wired or Wireless Networking (ATM, FR, ISDN, VPN, Routing). Customized Telcom support and configuration including proprietary systems and 3rd party hardware configuration Note 3: Travel times greater than 30 minutes are billed at $30/hour Note 4: Hard Goods for installation of equipment, such as conduit, brackets, hardware, etc...
